Shipping & Returns
Despite the attention paid to the orders and the many controls in the workshop of BPS38; shipping damages, error of preparation or defective products can affect your order... You must know that BPS38 will do everything to give you complete satisfaction! We just ask you to follow the procedures set out below!


Unless otherwise specified, delivery is made to the address you provided when ordering. Upon receipt thereof, BPS38 makes every effort to ship you the goods at the earliest. However, delivery times can vary independently of BPS38’s will.
In case you choose a mode of payment by check, the order will be processed upon receipt thereof and the time will run accordingly. To minimize transportation and environmental impact, BPS38 choose the most suitable to process your order. Thank you kindly note that your order may be several separate shipments.

Shipping problems :

Goods always travel at the risk of the buyer ... So that we can help you with any problems, thank you to respect scrupulously the following procedure:
  1. - Do not be fooled by the carrier... Take time to check the delivery before signing the delivery!
  2. - Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery order, damaged package, broken product ...) should be indicated on the delivery form of handwritten reserves and along with your signature.
  3. - Confirm this problems by notifying the carrier within two days following the date of delivery and send a mail with return receipt stating the said claims.
  4. - Send a copy of this letter to BPS38 or by e-mail to boutique@bps38.com or osmose@bps38.com or by mail to “BPS38, ZI de Tire-Poix, FR-38660 Saint Vincent de Mercuze”.

Right of withdrawal:

You have a period of 10 days to return, at your expense, the products that do not suit you. This period starts from the date of delivery of the order. If this deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday or day off, it is extended until the next business day.
All returns must be reported first to BPS38 by e-mail to boutique@bps38.com or osmose@bps38.com. The product should be returned to BPS38, ZI-Tire Poix, FR-38660 Saint Vincent de Mercuze. Only products listed will be returned in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, except the cost of return.

Failure or defective product:

BPS38 and its suppliers make their maximum to avoid any quality problems. However, in case of error or defective product, thank you for following this procedure:
  1. - Develop, by e-mail to boutique@bps38.com or osmose@bps38.com, same day delivery or later than the first business day after delivery, any claim for a misdelivery or non-compliance of a product. Thank you to clarify all references to your order.
  2. - Upon receipt of the complaint, BPS38 assign a number of exchange of the product (s) concerned (s) and notify you by e-mail.
  3. - Return, with the number of exchange, the product (s) concerned (s) to BPS38, ZI de Tire-Poix, FR-38660 Saint Vincent de Mercuze.
The exchange of a product can take place after the award of a number of exchange according to the approach outlined above. Any claim not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits could not be taken into account and will release all obligations BPS38. Except in cases of abuse or unwarranted claim, return costs and exchange of the product will be supported by BPS38.
